Vita Kalns 

Vita Kalns was  involved in the film industry for ten years where she spearheaded services for local and international productions which demanded efficiency and detailed multitasking.  She has traveled extensively and lived in Hong Kong where she was a partner in a successful event production company.  A graduate of University of Victoria, Vita comes from a family where residential developments, architecture, design and construction management are daily routines.

Bruce Warner 

Bruce comes with over 25 years of experience in the real estate investment and development industry, having held senior executive positions with three Vancouver based development companies.  Bruce has also been co-owner of an award winning downtown B&B.  He has always enjoyed the people side of business the most, which combined with his keen interest in architecture and design, makes him a natural fit with our team.  Born and raised in Vancouver’s West Side, he has a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC with a major in Urban Land.  He is a classic sports car lover, an avid boater and enjoys all that Vancouver living has to offer.
